I feel like my chin implant is cut too short because I don’t have a smooth jaw line. The size is what I wanted but from the front it doesn’t look quite right. My surgeon did say that he was very conscious of my nerves in the chin area and trimmed the implant accordingly. I feel that I can see marionette lines as well. I also just found out that my surgeon is leaving the practice this month so he wouldn’t even be the one to revise it.
