Could Sculptra cause worsening endometriosis?

Hello, I want to get sculptra soon for a butt lift and for facial volumization. However I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis and was told by an endometriosis specialist that it’s caused by a faulty immune response to a stressful trigger. Could sculptra cause worsening endometriosis as it stimulates my immune system to create collagen?
