Sculptra for someone with Multiple Sclerosis?

I’m here to learn if I would be making a mistake by getting sculptra to fill my cellulite dents and also getting smart Lipo done for my inner thighs? Im 33 yrs old with Multiple Sclerosis. I weigh 165, I’m 5’3, and I’m pear shaped. I have inner thigh fat that I want gone and I would also want Sculptra to fill in the cellulite dents on my butt. I’m looking for a smaller recovery time and or a smarter solution.

I have vast experience with larger volumes of Sculptra injections to the buttocks. My max # of vials in 1 sessions (under IV sedation anesthesia) is 80 vials or 40 vials per buttock cheek. Fees are $25,000.
