Lip filler not dissolved 2.5 years later. What should I do? (Photos)

I've had hyaluronidase injected and my lips have decreased in size, although I do have remaining lumps. I have not gone somewhere with experience, the nurse doesn't specialize in injections and injects evenly opposed to the harder areas. I am losing hope but I want more feedback and recommendations for someone with experience. My injector said the skin may be stretched and can't revert to normal but I FEEL the filler, it isn't an empty space

Fillers can swell and migrate unpredictably, especially when a filler with a high-edema quotient is used in thin areas. Our office uses disciplined approaches to help patients with acute or chronic issues related to hyaluronic acid fillers. We begin by assessing for any tissue compromise and advocate early treatment to avoid complications with vascular occlusion. In chronic issues, it is important to gradually break up and dissolve filler so there is no further migration of loose filler substrate. Conservative staged dilution may also help avoid volume loss. If the filler is not dissolving, we may consider stronger concentrations or surgery.

Are you 100% sure you had a HA filler injected? Because after 2.5 years the body's metabolism should have dissolved any HA filler (legal ones for USA or FDA authorized). My thoughts are illegal products or out of country HA filler used.
