I didn't want zygoma fillers but trusted dr; now want hyaluronidase. It's been a day, but I want the arch fillers removed ASAP regardless of final result. Hematoma formed immediately, so I am concerned a vessel was nicked. It continues/d to enlarge & I have some numbness + pressure; am scared of delayed necrosis. Dr said to wait (over phone) & doesnt work weekends. How do I know if there's an emergency & where can I go - urgent care, ED, GP? (am in europe for work)
