I want to fix dents, scarring and uneven hips from lipo - what are my options? Can this be done non-surgically? (Photos)

What are my options? Would bellafill or filler help me? Am I botched? I had lipo done in 2021 my results are due to overly aggressive lipo and I do have some fibrosis as well but mostly contour irregularities discoloration and even scarring from burns on my left side.. if I want to fix the dents and uneven hips can I do this non surgically with filler? I consulted with one plastic surgeon and she quoted me a price for alloclae is this a good idea or is there other options you as a surgeon would recommend? Is this fixable? As far as my buttocks go me Do you recommend I have a revision for a “boxy look” or this is normal looking as a plastic surgeon who sees bbls all the time. I did ask for an upside down heart but that’s not what I was given sadly. The results from my surgery at the age of 24 has left me feeling worse about my body now than before..
