Why do I have pain in my left arm after breast augmentation?

2 days post op after my surgery I noticed pain in my left arm. It starts in my bicep goes down to my forearm and in my hand. It's not constant mostly when I'm relaxed it feels like it's a deep pain almost nerve related maybe? I've never had this before. Anybody else ever have something similar? In the spots where the pain is I just want to push and it diminishes a bit. I tried to get in with my surgeon and I can't unless it's an emergcy appt and the reception doesn't think it is.
