I got mesotherapy after my hair transplant, would that be affecting the results? (photo)

To know if a mesotherapy injection affected your hair transplant I would need more information like what was injected and how soon after the hair transplant the mesotherapy was done.Of course, some hair transplants won’t work if not done properly and you have not provided a ‘before’ picture to compare to the one you have posted.

You don't show any "before" photos.  Regardless, six months is not long enough to draw conclusions on the success of a hair transplant.Finasteride does not cause bad results from hair transplantation.Mesotherapy has not been shown to be helpful for hair loss.  Although some people swear by it, it is not universally accepted.  Depending on exactly what was injected, where the injections were done and how soon after surgery it could adversely affect your results.  Give it a full 8-12 months, then go back to see your surgeon to review photos and discuss results.

I doubt the mesotherapy harmed your hair transplants. If you don’t see the expected results by 8 months then the surgery has failed you
