I would not use that if I were you. Corticosteroids induce telogen induction so do not use it! Your beard hair seems very week, I would advice to visit a Hair Restoration surgeon and hopefully he/she can restore a full beard!
I am very concerned on whether more than 500 grafts are there. you can use the picture to count these yourself and there is NO argument against a picture, unlike any documentation that you might ask form your surgeon.
You should definitely go for it! A hair restoration procedure by and expert surgeon will restore totally your hairline to a more youthful yet natural image and will look great on you, since you have kept the rest of your hair thick and strong. To cover in high density the temples, the hairline and the thinning bridge behind the central tuft I would need 2000-2200 grafts, no less!
Where is the bleeding, donor or recipient area? Did you have FUE or FUT technique? How much bleeding was there? Generally it is not normal, but it does not mean it is something bad. Visit your doctor ASAP!
You have hair thinning an minimal shedding. That means that there is VERY small room for grafts to be implanted without damaging surrounding follicles. So for th emeantime, stay away from hair restoration procedures. Find an expert doctor, get into a medical, FDA approved treatment for hair loss and review the results in 6-12 months. I am willing to BET that you will have a full head of hair!
