75 days post hair transplant, is shedding normal at this stage? (Photos)

I had a hair transplant in August month, last two months everything is normal but last few days while applying shampoo and hair growth solution I could see some hair coming out is that normal? Falling hair small and thin in size I think is transplanted hair .is that normal then I got itchy feeling also in transplant area, please give a solution, thanks.

I recommend to all my patients that they should be spraying normal saline spray (salt spray) for the first 4-5 days post surgery.
