My face proportions are really uneven and my eyebrows are really weird because I have tattooed them. They were fine at first but now it's just uneven and unattractive

Basically you have two options. Well three actually. When would be a medial epicanthoplasty which would require an incision and the scarring from which is almost always at least a little bit visible. The second would be incision take me with extension of your existing crease further medially to create an open or parallel crease. This could do a nice job of opening the inner corner and making a chopper.finally, there is suture technique to create the same parallel crease extending your existing crease towards the inner corner. This may work but I couldn't be sure without an examination.Chase Lay MD

You would benefit from an in person evaluation of your eyelids. It seems you may have some ptosis on one side.
