My double eyelids became triple eyelids and I feel like it makes me look tired and older. Will restylane help?

I thought my double eyelids became triple lids because I had dry eyes and haven't been getting enough sleep. After a year now, I feel It makes me look tired and older. Is restylane my best bet to fix this?

The reason your eyelids are double in the morning is due to swelling from being supine in your sleep. By the afternoon, after you have been upright, swelling disappears and emptiness appears in the orbit. To correct this problem, you need more volume in the orbit. A filler is a good start. Fat grafting is a more permanent solution.

You might consider eyelid surgery to strengthen the crease, remove excess skin and elevate your eyebrows. Have your eyes evaluated by a board certified surgeon with expertise in Asian blepharoplasty.
