Is this chronic telegon effluvium? Advice? (photos)

bassel1997
I was stressing for a very long time and I looked at my hair and it seemed so sudden and my scalp was showing.i believe this is chronic telegon effluvium from what I researched. I’m on my 3rd month using minoxidil but never shed also none of my family is bald or either from my parents side. I remember undergoing severe stress and sleep deprivation where my head was feeling like needles being stabbed on my head (I was going through a breakup, and then joined the army for 6months)
