Do exosome for female pattern hairloss work?

Question

Are exosome treatments worth the investment? My doctor has been recommending it but I don't see any before/after pictures. Does it work? For women? I'm 35 years old and I have AGA.

From my experience, the best hair restoration treatment results I have seen are with a combination of autologous fat transfer and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Hands down there just is nothing that restores vitality to existing follicles that have become dormant and in many cases, may induce new follicles to grow. It does take about 4 months to see the new hair growth but my clients have been very happy with the results.

You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd.  See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).
