If that is the only thing that you are noticing since starting Finasteride treatment then you can continue taking. However, if you are concerned about sperm count then you would need to see a Urologist to do testing to see if that is below the normal range for a patient your age.

Since finasteride is a drug that inhibits the growth of the prostate gland and shrinks it, it can reduce the severity and amount of sperm ejaculation; It can cause a temporary decrease in sperm count. Also we advice to consult with your doctor
