I had a mole on my upper lip removed yesterday, do you think they used dissolvable stitches? (Photos)

I had a mole on my upper lip removed yesterday I’m supposed to go back to have my sutures removed next week, looking at my incision no one can see the sutures, how will they remove them or did they use dissolvable sutures?
