I had a mole on my upper lip removed yesterday I’m supposed to go back to have my sutures removed next week, looking at my incision no one can see the sutures, how will they remove them or did they use dissolvable sutures?

The flaking may be from the dandruff you mentioned. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. Redness can be improved with a combination of lasers (ProYellow, Excel, VBeam) and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You really have to give it more time for it to settle before you get concerned, its only 3 weeks and scar will 'mature' over the next few months. After about 3m, you will see what it will start to look like and even then, it will improve. you should follow your surgeons scar care instructions...
