I had dysport injections in my forehead frown lines, after I had a fluid spot, is that normal? How do I get rid of it? (photo)

The Dr said that wasn't good, so he put more dysport above my brows and I have deep creases between my brows. HE SAID I HAD STRONG AND MORE MUSCLES IN MY FOREHEAD MORE LIKE A MAN. How can I get rid of that fluid there?

Thank you for your question. Sometimes, after dysport - or any neuromodulator injection - is placed around the eyes, there can be some swelling that lasts for a couple of days. This usually resolves without issue. You may have some slow lymphatics (drainage system) in that area, and a gentle massage may help to hasten its resolution. From your photos, and the remainder of your question, it seem  as though you are talking about two different areas - your forehead, or area above your brows; and your glabella, or the region between your brows. If you were injected in both areas with the appropriate amount of product, then these lines should soften - based on your photos, your forehead appears smooth, while your glabella region still has deep wrinkles. If your PS injected more product in this area, then these lines should soften. And he is correct - everyone may require a different amount of product depending on the strength of these muscles. Typically, men have stronger facial muscles than women, and usually require a slightly greater amount. Also, as your glabella wrinkles appear etched (deep), they may never disappear with dysport; if this is what you desire, you may want to consider a filler like belotero in this region to help fill the wrinkles.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty with the dysport injections.  I am not sure what "fluid"you are referring to.  It is important to recognize that the forehead (area above your eyebrows with horizontal wrinkles) is anatomically separate from your glabella (area in between your eyebrows with vertical wrinkles).  Based on your photos,  it appears as if you still have vertical wrinkles in your glabella, most likely from your corrugator muscles. If this area was treated than it appears as if you need a higher dose.  If only your forehead was treated,  this is an expected result.  I hope this information helps.  Best of luck.
