I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction. The reconstruction was using expanders and then implants. My right side was radiated. So the skin was tighter. I just had revision surgery for my left side where my surgeon took extra skin out and fat grafted both sides. My left side is now much higher than my right side. Will the left drop to match the right side and how long does it usually take to drop?

Breast pain after chest radiation is rare but can happen. If the pain is due to cervical spinal issue, you may want to seek the help of a pain intervention doctor in your area.
Thank you for submitting your questions and photo! You should consult a plastic surgeon or breast surgeon rather soon to get this evaluated. Any new lesion that appears suddenly should be investigated due to your breast cancer history. They may want to perform a biopsy on this...
This can last for several weeks to months depending on the amount of work done in the pocket. After discussion with your Plastic Surgeon I would see if physical therapy could be of help. Also lymphatic massage can help for swelling in the tissues.
