It is possible that it is time for the attachments to come off prior to putting on the next aligner. If this is the case then you would have to have the attachments removed by your dentist prior to putting the next aligner on. Another possibility is that the aligner was not made correctly. If you currently have attachments on your teeth, and the next set of trays does not have spaces for those attachments, you should consult with your dentist, as he or she will likely remove the attachments from your teeth.
