To any / all ethical doctors, If I were injected with filler without consent during a Nutox appointment, what do I do? It is around my eyes / temporal area. This was done by a nurse at a medical spa. They know that I do not want filler because I am planning a face lift. I am devastated that someone would do this to me. There is no way that any type of toxin would produce this result. I have before and after photos (before bc planning face lift and the day after the appointment).

Hi, I am sorry you experienced this. Can you obtain a  copy of your medical record and visits from this institution? You are allowed access to your own medical records and can confirm exactly what treatments were done and what you consented to. For all cosmetic procedures, make sure you are seeing an experienced physician or surgeon who is trained at a significantly higher level of education.

I encourage you to speak with the facility about your concerns.  They should have documented any product they administered as well as the consent forms.  If an HA filler was used you can elect to have it dissolved using hyaluronidase.

All you have to do is ask for your medical record . This would document what was injected and where it was injected , it will also have your consent forms. A reputable practice would have the documented  lot # if any filler was used
