I have been on accutane before, but I do u have to wait a long time to get the drug like I did the first time even though I’m registered in I pledge

Thank you for your question. For any female pt with a functioning uterus, a 30 day waiting period is the iPledge rule prior to starting Accutane, even though you have been on Accutane previously. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist regarding Accutane treatment. Take care and good luck.

Yes, unfortunately. One of the rules of iPledge is that females of child bearing potential have a 30 day hold (to prove they aren't pregnant) before they can get their first Rx. So whether it's your first time, or the 10th time you're going on it, you will always have a 30 day hold before you can get a prescription.
