Is this ophiasis alopecia? How can I treat this? (Photos)

Female 18. ~50kg Diagnosed with AGA and family history of AGA and diabetes (I do not have diabetes) Iron deficiency (diagnosed a year ago, I now have started regularly taking iron supplements for about a month or two since I started noticing hair loss at the nape of neck) and anemic I take Kinecteen ADHD medicine History: AGA hair loss was noticeable in May, went for a dermatology appointment this August when I noticed a wave like shape at the nape of my neck. They only diagnosed me for aga for my temples and hairline, but didn’t say anything about my neck hair loss. I went for another appointment in September and the dermatologist said it couldn’t be ophiasis alopecia because there were too many little hairs, but I’ve been getting anxious because the spot seems to be growing. I feel like hair around my ears is also receding. My nails are more brittle hand are snapping easier. I have noticed the bald area seems to be growing quickly withing a few months/even a few weeks, from just the bottom of my ears to mid/upper ears
