Is my frontal and temporal hair thinning reversible after seborrheic dermatitis? (Photos)

I have been experiencing hair loss and thinning that I associate with seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. In particular, I have noticed thinning along my hairline and in the temporal areas. At present, my scalp condition has improved after using medicated shampoos and topical corticosteroid lotions. I am a healthy 20-year-old male, and my blood test results have generally been within normal limits. I have also undergone trichoscopic evaluation, which reportedly did not show evidence of male-pattern baldness. Because of the persistent thinning, I would like to ask about possible treatment options and whether any of them would be appropriate in my case. I have read about several therapies, including minoxidil, finasteride, PRP, low-level laser therapy, and mesotherapy, and I would appreciate your opinion on which options, if any, are supported and suitable for my condition.
