Will 435cc implants be too big? (Photos)

Question

Im 30yo 5'7 130 lbs, and i wear a 36AA. Im supposed to go in for my surgery monday morning. I had originally setlled on 350cc silicone implants,when i tried on the sizers they didnt match the idea i had in my head. So now ive gone to 435cc, my doc thinks it might be too big, i think the idea i have in my head is around a high C cup to a low D. Its hard to find before and after pics cause i have almost no natural breast tissue. i think im less likely to regret bigger than i am smaller

Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate
for a breast augmentation.   The choice of the 435cc implant truly depends on your individual breast measurements.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.

Thanks for posting your question.  It's not possible to give advice on specific implant sizes without a proper exam (including breast meaurements, assessment of tissue thickness, skin one, nipple position, etc).  Your surgeon will be the best source of advice regarding implant selection.  I hope your surgery goes well.

Dear cthrock,  I know that it's very hard to give accurate advise without an in person visit but your question is very straight forward and I'm not afraid to help you.  Given your measurements I think that a 350cc implant will put you on a C cup size and a 435cc will put you on a D to DD cup size.  Now, neither one is too big!  In other words those 2 sizes are compatible with your body, it just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.  What I definitely can't tell you is what size will make you happy.

Unfortunately, no plastic surgeon can guarantee an absolute cup size, although we always strive to meet our patients goals. Your plastic surgeon has very likely done some careful measurements and soft tissue assessment to arrive at his/her size recommendation. Many of us will have several different sizes available at the time of surgery, so that we have multiple options from which to choose. Once the pocket is made, we use a device called a 'sizer' which looks like an implant, and can be filled to different volumes. Using this device as a guide, we can more-accurately custom fit the final implant to be placed. If you still have any lingering doubts about your size, you should discuss these with your plastic surgeon pre-operatively. Best of luck to you.
