There are a lot of factors that determine how many laser treatments are necessary to remove a tattoo including the type of ink that was put in, the type of laser used to remove the ink, the area on the body and how long you wait between treatments. You are most likely looking at 8-10 sessions. Your tattoos are relatively narrow and could be removed in a single session with surgical excision. Obviously, that would leave a scar in it's place but the tattoos would be gone immediately.
