Is invisalign stopping my permanent teeth from growing?

Asked By:ItsNat in Whitestone, NY

About 6 months ago, I got my last baby tooth pulled out. (In the top back) Two months later, I started my invisalign treatment to fix my gap in my two front teeth. Ever since I started invisalign my adult tooth hasn't really grown. Should I be worried or is it because I'm older than the normal age when baby teeth usually fall out?
