I have muscular thighs I work out eat clean want to know what non invasive procedure would be best?? Need help with inner thighs thanks Coolscultping? Exilis ? Or another one? Thanks
Answer: Non-invasive treatment options for the inner thighs I have not used Exilis so cannot comment on how well that treatment would work on the inner thighs. I have treated inner thighs with CoolSculpting however. If there is enough fatty tissue on the inner thigh to draw into the applicator, a CoolSculpting treatment should lead to improvement there. Not everyone is a good candidate for treatment of the inner thigh, so you would need to be seen in a consultation to determine if you might be a candidate or not.

Answer: CoolSculpting on inner thighs on muscular legs CoolSculpting has FDA approval for fat reduction since 2010. CoolSculpting freezes the fat cells. Fat cells are more susceptible to damage by freezing than the other cells, (nerve, vessel, bone, etc.), around them. The fat cells die via a process called apoptosis, (programmed cell death). The number of fat cells are therefore reduced. This happens over a period of time, so the body is not overwhelmed with dead fat cells. The body will take these cells up, process them and excrete them, just as any other cell. The remnants are filtered through the liver, and then excreted eventually via stool. CoolSculpting now has an applicator for thighs. CoolSculpting had been used in this area with good results. See an experienced CoolSculpting practice, they will determine if you are a candidate. Best to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. They will be able to tell you of the different options, (CoolSculpting, Liposuction, Direct excision, etc.).

Answer: Treat Inner Thighs Painlessly with Vanquish! With so many great new non-invasive devices for fat reduction, it is likely to be confusing for most to choose the best treatment. In our office we use both the Vanquish ME and the UltraShape for fat reduction. Both are FDA approved for circumference reduction and this has proven to be true on both accounts! Vanquish uses controlled radio frequency (RF) waves to target fat cells, destroying them without harming the muscle or skin while UtraShape uses ultrasonic waves to destroy subcutaneous fat.#Vanquishbodycontouring #Vanquishfatreduction #bodycontouring
