The Coolsculpt technology is a non-invasive procedure.  A person running the machine doesn't need to be a doctor or nurse but a technician who is supervised.  The technician needs to be licensed by the Coolsculpt University for a certificate.  The technician needs to be supervised by the doctor for quality of care.
