I also have have tiny white bumps and various white blotches around my lower face where the Radiesse was injected. If it is injected too close to the skin, which is what happened, is there a way to remove it or dissolve it faster or is it best for me to let it dissolve on it's own? Will it even dissolve if it's place so superficially or will it be there permanently?
Answer: White areas from superficial Radiesse injection
Unfortunately, there is no medicine to help with dissolving Radiesse once it is injected. It will go away by itself with time, but if it's placed very superficially, it may be possible to puncture the area with a needle and squeeze some of it out.

Answer: Radiesse can be defused using scar modulators, enzymes, and kenalog Radiesse is a stimulatory filler that is an excellent option for patients who desire a longer-lasting filler alternative to hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. In our office, we use Radiesse to complement structural areas of the face and contour bony prominences. Our office also is a center of excellence for filler complication treatments and we see patients who have been treated by other doctors and have undesirable results from Radiesse or other long-lasting fillers. We have treatment options available for Radiesse filler nodules, granulomas, and soft tissue thickening. The first step would be to diagnose the nodularity and determine whether there is an option for surgical vs. non-surgical removal. Surgical excision is a possibility in some patients; whereas others with more diffuse fillers may benefit from intralesional therapy using scar modulators and enzymes and kenalog. Radiesse complications may be long-lasting and prompt action is key. Patients who have no access to an expert in the field should begin gentle massage of the areas of nodularity with Plato’s Scar Serum twice daily. RF and invasive lasers can actually do more damage by stimulating further collagen growth. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Superficial injection of Radiesse
Since Radiesse is not reversible, and because this is an art as much as it is a science, it is especially important to remember that the experience and technique of the physician injecting Radiesse is the most critical part to your achieving a beautiful, natural result. It is possible that "some" of the Radiesse can be expressed by your physician through a small puncture in the overlying skin if it is done as soon as possible. There is nothing that can be used to dissolve it faster and there is always the risk of making things worse. You may have to wait this out.

Answer: White blotches and white spots after superficial Radiesse
There is no way to remove Radiesse other than surgically, and we only recommend this in severe cases, like when the Radiesse is blocking blood flow. Radiesse is a compound that is similar to bone, which is why it appears white when injected too superficially, as in your case. While unfortunate, you need to give it time to go away on its own.
