I have a long face, and i feel like my long nose adds even more length to it. I also think it's too big for my face. My nose bridge isnt straight so ive already considered rhinoplasty.

Osteotomies will straighten the nasal bones and a spreader graft may be required to be placed on the concave side to give symmetry to the mid vault area.
