Restylane Defyne is a great filler to help smoothen out the nasolabial folds. Always seek treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer
We typically recommend hyaluronic acid products like Juvederm or Restylane for smoothing out the nasolabial folds. Both are natural looking and show great results!Good luck!
We use Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, and your own fat for nasolabial folds. The most common ones are Restylane and perlane in our practice. Most important is a proper analysis of your face to see how deep the folds are and if you need additional plumping in the cheeks to help 'lift' the folds.
Although there are many options for nasolabial fold correction, I believe Hyaluronic acid products like Juvederm and Restylane to be the best. They are safe and predictable, with long lasting natural results. I like the fact that these products have a biological effect as well as just occupying space, which is to draw water to itself, lending to the natural results seen with these products.Dr. Malouf
