Can I box after having two septoplasty procedures?

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately your nose will be at somewhat increased risk to damage having had two prior septoplasty surgeries. Often The septal cartilage is slightly weaker after a septoplasty surgery. This will have no bearing on your nasal bones, meaning your risk of a broken nose is the same as anyone else, however you may be at slightly increased risk for displacing your septum again. Hope this helps. 

Your nose is more fragile since you had two septoplasty surgeries in the past. As such, you have a higher risk of causing injury to your nose with boxing. If you want to avoid another surgery, you may want to consider giving up boxing.
