Had a Buccal Fat Removal along with a neck lift 2 months ago. Now have dark sports under the area. What is the cause? (photos)

I have dark spots under my buccal fat removal and dark "shadow" area where the buccal fat was done. What causes these dark spots? When will they go away? Is there anything I can do to make them go away? Do these dark "shadow" area on my cheeks go away?

To determine if cheeks are " chubbier" after buccal fat removal, patients should ideally post before and after pictures of their faces showing the front of them (selfie like picture). Side pictures don't allow to determine the fullness of the cheeks.
