Swelling and upturned nose after almost 2 months post op (Photo)

I am sad to see what is going on on your side, you'll need a full revision and multiple grafting to fix that mess.To begin with, your initial nose was wrongly diagnosed, you had a small bump but also an upturned tip due to a short septum, short upper lateral cartilages a a small alar cartilages set. You should have received 2 proposals:-very cautious dorsal reduction and minimal or no one tip work to prevent further rotation-and my choice, the same cautions dorsal reduction and a high-end re-structure open rhinoplasty to derotate your tip, lengthen the septum and augment the caudal third of the nose, with amazing resultsHowever, your surgeon performed a dorsal over resection, caudal septum resection and an aggressive tip cartilage frame resection, ending in a tip collapse (beyond piggy nose), septal collapse and dorsal collapse (beyond saddle nose). Your case will need a total overhould and massive grafting, 10 ouf 10 difficulty scale in revision rhinoplasties, do research well surgeon skills to comply with the technical challenges ahead.If you wish better grounded opinion please do post or send privately well lit, focused and standard images: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also underneath the nostrils.

You are still early post op but if things do not improve see your surgeon or other expert Dr Corbin

Your short nose and polly beak deformity with fullness above the tip may improve as healing progresses. If you're not satisfied after another 6-8 months a revision can be done to reduce your profile and lengthen your nose. If you cannot consult with your surgeon see an experienced revision rhinoplasty specialist who can follow you and monitor the changes that will occur.
