1 week post threads lift and I now have scars and puffiness. Advice? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos.  It is hard to access what is going on from the pictures you sent.  I wish RealSelf.com would have a tutorial section for patients to learn medial facial photography that we, doctors would find helpful when assessing photos. I am not sure if you are tilting your head and the force of gravity is causing this delineation, or if with your head up right and you have this separation without the help of gravity. Sometimes dimpling happens for no reason at all or because of lack of experience of the provider, treatment being too aggressive, or treatment being too superficial. Sometimes dimpling resolves on its own, and other times it needs to be corrected by the provider. At this point, I would suggest a quick appointment with your provider. Wishing you the best,
