Which week should I be healed from having a Bilateral Breast reduction?

Healing time after a bilateral breast reduction can vary from person to person, but generally, you can expect the following timeline:
1. First Week: You'll likely experience soreness, swelling, and bruising. You'll need to rest and avoid strenuous activities.
2. Two to Three Weeks: Most of the swelling and bruising should start to subside. You may still need to wear a surgical bra or compression garment for support.
3. Four to Six Weeks: By this time, you should be able to resume most normal activities, although you should still avoid heavy lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Six Weeks and Beyond: Final results will start to become apparent. It may take several months for swelling to completely resolve and for scars to fade.
It's important to follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative care instructions closely and attend any follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing.

The vertical wound beneath the nipple can have a fair amount of tension on it after a breast reduction and sometimes the wound separates.  Re-suturing it can help sometimes but it also recreates the tension.  I generally prefer to let the area heal.  It can take a few weeks up to a month or two depending on the size of the wound.  The scar can look surprisingly good once it heals.  Avoid smoking.  A mild antibiotic like Bacitracin can keep the wound clean and suppress bacteria.  Mostly it takes time and patience.  Follow with your suegeon.  

In terms of the wound dehiscence, it is best to follow closely with your surgeon to determine how he wants you to treat your wounds.  Good luck.
