The use of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler skillfully and appropriately injected can elevate and smooth this horizontal depresssion and create a more desirable, smoother transition between the root of the nose and the brow region. The result should elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction. But, this is not an area to be left to novice injectors accustomed to injecting plain Juvederm or ordinary Restylane into simple smile lines.
