Hi Resa. We believe your best option with be with a KTP laser (Laserscope Aura or similar) or a long Pulsed Yag laser (Nd:Yg laser like Sciton profile or Laserscope Lyra). The key factor in this recommendation is the type of light being used. Even with the right laser, if the wrong person is doing the treatment, it may not go well. The wavelengths of light that are important in this recommendation are 532 and 1064. You can ask if your practitioner has either of these. Also ask for pictures showing similar conditions. Good luck.
Two great lasers to treat veins on the nares are the KTP laser, a 532 nm laser or the 1064 nm Nd YAG laser.Alternative treatment modalities are RF energy or ohmic thermolysis, also known as thermocoagulation with VeinGogh or VeinWave.
There are several options for treating spider veins on the nose and face including IPL, laser, micro needle radio frequency, VeinlLite and VeinGogh. All work well and usually require several treatments and one is not necessarily any better than another.
Thank you for your question. For veins around the eyes, I recommend seeing an Opthamologist and have them evaluate your veins, and which ones are a good choice to remove, if at all. Some may not be a good choice so you will want to listen to their advice, and follow it. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. Yes, but don't ruin ones you may need someday for an IV. If you are ever in need of an IV, you don't want them unable to find a vein. Veins are body art so don't remove all of them. Keep a few around for a rainy day. I hope this helps.
