Should I get a second opinion on my veneers or keep having my current Dentist try to fix them? (Photos)

It would be nice to see a picture of the veneers that you liked.  Your dentist should have photo of what you looked like before changing things.

Some things that I see when looking at your photos.  There is a misalignment of your two front teeth.  One sticks out more than the other.one is slightly shorter than the other.

More importantly the dimensions are not natural.  If you follow golden proportions then the teeth should be taller than they are wide.  These veneers look square not rectangular. You are a female so softer more rounded edges would look better.

You have a gummy smile which means you show a fair amount of gums when you smile.  This means there is plenty of room to make the changes in length that will give you a more feminine and better proportioned appearance.

Talk to your dentist about this.  Once he is aware of what is wrong he will be better able to fix it.

As i see the problem here are the proportions, the profile of th gum be more symmetrical, the central higher than the lateral one and the canines at height of the central ones, also you show a lot of gum a crown elongation of crowns and/ or a repositioning of the lips can be very beneficial.
Talking about the veneers, it would be best to make a mock up to see if they can meet your expectations and see what things you would like to be modified, study models and photographs will be very important in this process.

The disproportionate part that I think that you are talking about is the gums.  You may want to consult a periodontist (gum specialist) to take a look to see if it is gum related or porcelain related.
