Sagging Jaw Skin 2 Years After Facial Feminization Surgery - What Are Possible Causes? (photos)

I've noticed some skin hanging underneath my jawline after facial feminization surgery in March 2020. I understand time is required to reconstitute the tautness, but it seems like nothing's changed (or has gotten worse). I'm planning on consulting with a board-certified surgeon, but I wanted to brainstorm the cause and my options. Is this just loose skin, submental fat, or something else? Your thoughts are welcome, and I'm happy to provide more details. Three pics posted:

Rhinoplasty for a more feminine and attractive appearance. That is all you would need and don’t be “sold” another procedure. This is based on my 50 years of Rhinoplasty surgery. Look for a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results.
