Is it possible to change the shape of my face to make it look more petite and feminine?

I don't like my face shape and I think I have pretty masculine features. I have a big nose, small lips and hooded eyes. I know there are procedures for the nose, lips and eyes but what about the face shape? My face shape is long and not cute or girly at all. I think a more heart shaped or triangle shaped face would make me look more feminine and dainty. I have pics of me and also references of what I would want to achieve more or less.
