I typically try to steer people away from facial fat transfers because fillers are more precise, predictable and forgiving.

You didn’t mention how long ago your procedure was. I think you should first and foremost follow up with your provider then give your results time to settle down.

Fat transfer can take many months before you see the final results.

Patients should avoid the temptation of having early intervention to change the results.

I suggest giving this at least 6 to 12 months.

Redness typically comes from inflammation which can be the body‘s response to dealing with necrotic fat.

It could potentially also be a bacterial infection. I suggest you follow up with your provider and have him or her give you an assessment.
