30/F with a long looking philtrum but with mild lip incompetence and mild overbite. Totally relaxed a couple mm of the front teeth show. Can I still do a surgical lip lift to shorten the philtrum appearance without making the tooth show worse?

Hello, I would most definitely recommend dissolving all the filler you have in your lips and starting over with the filler. You don't necessarily need a lip lift you just need to be injected correctly. As for the Rhinoplasty I would suggest scheduling a consultation for a in person consultation...
Maybe but ONLY in person detailed examination and measurements can determine if minor lip lift could achieve the desired results. The risks are scars and failure to attain desired results.
Correction of lower lip sag is challenging with essentially a soft tissue sagging sling between the mouth corners pulled down by gravity and chin muscle attachments. The combination of a V-Y mucosal advancement with a shortening vestibuloplasty can be an effective approach to it.
