This is a 3 months old fascial scar, that is sunken. It is very visible even from a distance despite not being particularly red (correct me if there's still erythema there, I am not sure). I intuitively think there should be safe non-surgical options to blend it, hence looking for advice on specific treatments that could be done. Based on what I have red, neither rf microneedling, nor Co2 fractional would help significantly due to the loss of tissue, while fillers carry a risk in this part of skin. Are there such treatments available and if so in which order would you recommend them and what are realistic expectations on how much improvement in the scars appearance could improve?
