Hello I have a question for these 2 machines. Before I already had Candela Alex treatments for my legs& underarm. That machine did not solve my issue. I am looking for honest opinion between Cynosure&Sprano. Please do not say Alex is the answer both machine has Alex 755nm. I really need honest knowledge without any beauty saloon/aesthetician promoting the machine they are already using. I am light color skin type. Thanks all
