Can another treatment (such as Picosure) be done in tandem with laser hair removal to get rid of PIH scarring? (Photo)

I have severe trichotillomania and pluck my body hair out which has resulted in ingrown hairs. When I attempt to pluck the ingrowns I then get very bad PIH scarring which despite two years passing hasn't faded much. I was wondering if it would be possible to simultaneouslydo laser hair removal to get rid of my hair and ingrowns as well as another treatment (such as Picosure) that can fade the PIH scars
