determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

I would recommend removal of implants and proceeding with a mastopexy/small reduction which will provide maximum rejuvenation of your breasts with the highest, tightest result. You have the standard scars required, no getting around them.

I have no idea what a bellesoma lift is? I truly have never heard of this. I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience/adequate training in breast surgery. I would recommend a revision mastopexy/breast lift.

The areolas can be reduced with a circumareola approach and the inframammary scars can be revised under local anesthesia. The implants can be removed if they are creating too much volume.

You can have the areolae revised to be smaller, and a vertical component can be added to help give a better shape.
