In 2021, I had a bellesoma lift performed w 190 cc implants added. It was the worst decision . I have the most unsightly inframmary fold scars that literally run from my cleavage around the entire mound and peaks out under my armpit and my nipples are so high. I cant wear low cut blouses because of my nipples, I can't wear plunge tops because of the scars in my cleavage and no tops that show side boob because you can see my scars. Can this procedure be corrected? What are my options?

Answer: Correcting a Non-Traditional Botched Breast Lift: Exploring Options Thank you for reaching out with your concerns about correcting a “botched non-traditional breast lift.” After reviewing your pictures and history, it's clear that you have two primary options to consider: Scar Revision Only: If you're generally satisfied with the shape of your breasts but unhappy with the scars from your anchor breast lift, scar revision could be a suitable choice. This approach would involve using a FRAXEL laser to minimize the appearance of the scars, offering a more aesthetically pleasing result without altering the shape or size of your breasts significantly. Surgical Revision: Should you be dissatisfied with both the shape and position of the breast implants and areolas, a more comprehensive surgical revision is recommended. This would entail removing your current breast implants, conducting a further breast reduction to significantly decrease the size of your breasts, reducing the size of your areolas, and revising the vertical and horizontal scars from your anchor breast lift. The goal of this approach is to achieve a smaller but more aesthetically pleasing breast shape. Both options aim to improve the outcome of your previous surgery, but the choice largely depends on your satisfaction with the current size and shape of your breasts versus your concerns regarding scarring. I hope this response provides clarity and guidance on how to address the issues from your non-traditional botched breast lift. Good luck, and please do not hesitate to reach out for further assistance or clarification. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: There is a possibility of improvement via scar revision and areola reduction. It appears that there is a need for improvement in the scar located in the inframammary fold. This improvement can be achieved through scar revision, a surgical procedure that entails the removal of the scar and precise suturing. Additionally, an areolar reduction procedure, similar to periareolar mastopexy, can be performed to enhance the periareolar scar and reduce the widened areola. It's important to note that while these interventions may lead to an improvement in your current condition, complete elimination of scarring may not be guaranteed. The recommended course of action involves initiating the process with scar revision surgery, followed by the potential utilization of laser treatments or scar products in the future to further enhance the results."
