Are the photos I provided characteristic of Telogen effluvium/recovery? My "recovery" seems slow. (photos)

Last November (18 months ago) I experienced drastic shedding occur on my scalp at the vertex. My hairline remained unaffected. My scalp remained red/tender in the shedding zone. I saw a dermatologist last October (7 months ago). She said the hair would grow back on its own. More Context: I started a stressful job a couple of months prior to shedding began and experienced a two-week flu in the weeks prior to the shedding. I left the job last April following a surgery (13 months ago).

In  my opinion, it is rare for hair loss in the eyebrow area to be due to dandruff.  You should  visit a dermatologist or hair loss expert to determine the exact etiology of your symptoms and  eyebrow hair loss. Medical problems made be present.

Most experts worldwide would say you’re too young for hair transplants. I don’t know the cause of your hair loss as I don’t know your story and have not seen photos.
