How long before fractional co2 should one stop the use of retin A?

I usually mix my retin A with some moisturizer (so it is not full strength), could I continue using it at night up to a week before the procedure? My second question is: is fraxional co2 truly a LOT safer than the old co2 with regards to risks of any change in pigmentation? (I have olive skin). Thank you in advance for your answers;)

In my practice, fractional co2 laser and PRP SC provide excellent results consistently. I would prep with Melarase creams before the laser.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon

Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau), lasers, microneedling/PRP, and fillers work very well in combination to improve nose creases / bunny lines and can give long-term results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer​

Hypopigmentation may resolve if the pigment cells are healthy. I would opt for PRP SC and Melarase creams to even the skin color.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
