Question

I'm a 19 yr old girl and pretty much my whole life I've been self concious about my nose bump. I don't want a super dramatic change, I just want this nose bump to be less drastic looking. Any answers are appreciated :)

Using a nonpermanent filler in the adjacent area below and above the hump can camouflage the hump.  I have had many happy patients with this simple, inexpensive treatment with no down time.

A non-surgical nose job works well for correcting a bump on the bridge of the nose. While rhinoplasty surgery is the preferred option for a permanent change, non-surgical nose changes are also highly effective. Keep in mind that non-surgical nose jobs performed with fillers are not permanent, but require less financial expense and little to no downtime with immediate results.
For an isolated bump on the nose, filler is usually placed above and below the bump in order to create a smooth bridge. Be sure to see an expert physician injector as these techniques are not for novice injectors. I recommend seeing a rhinoplasty surgeon who also performs non-surgical nose jobs in order to discuss the options in detail.

I have been performing nonsurgical nose jobs (nonsurgical rhinoplasties) with volumizing fillers, such as Radiesse and Radiesse plus Perlane L (in my Upper East Side Manhattan practice and Radiesse plus Restylane SQ in my Israel satellite office) for well over a decade. As you can see from the before and after of my patient in the sidebar to this column, even pronounced nasal bridge bumps and humps can be "fixed" (more correctly, camouflaged) in a matter of usually no more than five minutes via injectable fillers for nonsurgical nose jobs. Touch ups may be needed every year to year and a half to maintain correction.The most important thing is to be sure to consult with a board certified aesthetic core physician with extensive experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs, and of course be sure to ask to see his/her before and after photos.

Fillers are a good option to camouflage a bump on the nose. By filling the areas above and below the bump, the overall shape of your nose will be improved. There are multiple types of fillers with the most common being hyaluronic acid fillers. This is not a permanent treatment, however, and will likely last 6 mo-1 year. Thank you for your post and photo. My view maybe different from others here, but in my opinion a rhinoplasty would offer you the best option for a beautiful, natural and feminine result. Fillers would actually "hide" the small bump by building up the bridge above and below your actual bump. The effect results in a temporary camouflage which may look nice,  but essentially gives you a larger nose. Additionally, filler injections are not without some skin and soft tissue risks. Pretty and soft results for rhinoplasty can greatly enhance one's self-esteem for lovely young women. Choose an experienced rhinoplasty specialist, with a solid record of great results and arrange for a visit. Best wishes.

Yes you can fix this bump using Dermal Filler.
Dermal fillers are very good at creating shape and structure. So a dermal filler may be useful to correct a bump or small deviation. It will last approx 9-12 months. But large variation.Cost at our practice is $550 at the time of this writing. 
For large changes, surgery is still be the best modality.
Wrinkle injections will only slightly raise the tip. that will last approx 3 months.
